I operate a modern, 100% remote workflow to ensure fast and consistent service levels across East Gippsland.

  • 2. Email Response: I review your request and reply with a scoping question or a clear next step.
  • 3. Remote Session: If a remote connection is needed, I'll send a secure link at our scheduled time.
  • 4. Email Summary: After support, you'll receive a summary of what was fixed and any security recommendations.

Note: No on-site visits, in-person meetings or callouts. All support is delivered remotely.
