1. Service Agreement
By using Grimace Remote’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide 100% remote IT support, scam recovery, cybersecurity support, and website design services.
2. Remote Support Conditions
All remote support is provided by appointment and requires a functioning internet connection. We use secure remote tools and require your explicit permission for every session. You must be present at your computer during the remote support session.
3. No Fix - No Fee Guarantee
For remote IT troubleshooting, we offer a "No Fix - No Fee" guarantee. If we cannot resolve your technical issue or provide a clear path forward, you will not be charged for the support time. This does not apply to scoping consultations, cybersecurity audits, or website build milestones.
4. Payments
Remote support is charged at $25 per 15-minute increment. Website design projects are quoted on a fixed-price basis. Invoices are sent via email and must be paid within the specified timeframe. Grimace Remote is not GST-registered at this time.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we provide expert technical advice and support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, especially in cases of account recovery, hacking, or scam aftermath. We are not liable for any data loss, financial loss, or business interruption resulting from our services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement at any time. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced accordingly.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
